Hi, I’m Juanita, founder and owner of JuanEats Gluten-free Ltd and I know first-hand about the challenges you face with finding gluten-free alternatives. After I became gluten-intolerant, I spent years trying to find flavorful, wholesome gluten-free products that didn’t come with painful side effects. Eventually, I combined my personal and professional experience in hospitality and baking to create my gluten-free flour mixes and products from scratch.
We use locally manufactured gluten-free flour such as sweet potato, breadfruit, and cassava to create our special gluten-free, grain-free flour blends. And because I have personal knowledge of the painful side effects of eating wheat-based products, we would never put you at risk by producing gluten-based products in our kitchen. Our kitchen is completely gluten-free! We enjoy being your solution to the limited choices for tasty gluten-free options.

A Little More About Juanita
I’m a gluten-free product developer, baker, and trained cake decorator who holds an Associate Degree in Hospitality Studies from The Barbados Hospitality Institute (PomMarine) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management from The University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus. After completing my studies, I combined my childhood love of baking with my professional experience to start a home bakery and cake decorating business where I developed my own recipes.
Eventually, I became gluten intolerant and started experimenting with a new gluten-free product line. JuanEats Gluten-free Ltd represents 7 years of extensive experiments into all things gluten-free as I sought to cater to the needs of the gluten-free community. JuanEats is not just about selling products. I genuinely want to use my experience to help you find premium gluten-free alternatives.
When I’m not catering to the needs of the gluten-free community, you can find me in my test kitchen improving on current products or creating new sweet and savoury gluten-free treats just for you.
Fun Facts About Me
I am a creative who loves art, writing, and dancing and enjoys playing the guitar and piano. I am also a singer, songwriter, and member of Project Arrow, a Barbadian musical group that writes, produces, and sings their original music.
